El Grillito Cantor in Monterrey! Starting July 19, the Metropolitan Museum of Monterrey will open its doors to a group art exhibition with free admission.
This incredible exhibition is a tribute to the beloved Francisco Gabilondo Soler, Cri-Cri, on the 118th anniversary of his birth.
The exhibition, organized by the Asociación Plástica de Monterrey, brings together a talented group of artists who, through various visual techniques, have brought to life the unforgettable characters and melodies that marked the childhood of many generations.
In each canvas and sculpture you can feel the magic, color and nostalgia of a legacy that is still alive in the heart of Mexico.
The appointment to be among the first to see it is July 19 at 11:00 a.m., at the Metropolitan Museum of Monterrey, located on Ignacio Zaragoza, corner with Corregidora, in downtown Monterrey.
Admission will be completely free, allowing children and adults alike to immerse themselves in Cri-Cri’s imaginary without barriers.
Cri-Cri Monterrey Exhibition: an experience to sing with the heart

The exhibition has already been exhibited in various cultural spaces in Nuevo León, and now arrives to the heart of Monterrey with more strength than ever.
“Come and discover the magic of Cri-Cri in an exhibition full of color, fantasy and nostalgia,” invite the organizers.
No matter your age: this exhibition promises to make you sing from the heart and reconnect with your inner child.
