The official dates for Festival Santa Lucia 2024 have finally been confirmed, and although they have not yet revealed many details, we tell you what is known so far so you don’t miss anything.
The first thing you should know is that this event is dedicated to promoting the culture and arts of the state of Nuevo Leon, and is about to celebrate its 17th edition with endless shows and activities in different municipalities.
Save the date! This year we will be able to enjoy all the activities (which are usually free) for a little more than two weeks. The Santa Lucia Festival 2024 will take place from October 19 to November 3.

The official program of the Santa Lucia Festival 2024 has finally been revealed! And this year there will be dialogues, film series, contests, shows and different exhibitions.
This edition will feature international talent from Australia, Canada, France, United States, Cambodia, Cuba, New Zealand, Croatia, Italy, Colombia, Chile, Georgia, Uruguay, Czech Republic, and of course, Mexico.
Among the highlights in shows you can enjoy the Cirque Inextremiste and its incredible 3400 m³ hot air balloon for the grand opening of the festival, as well as the presentation of El Barbero de Sevilla at the Teatro de la Ciudad.
If we’re talking about dance, you won’t want to miss Romeo y Julieta by the Ballet de Monterrey, the show full of rhythm and color by Cuba Vibra and also La Bella Durmiente by the Escuela Superior de Música y Danza de Monterrey.
But without a doubt, the announcement that left us with our mouths agape is the unforgettable concert of Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, with acclaimed composer Danny Elfman, the original voice of Jack Skellington in “The Strange World of Jack” performs the iconic film live. He’ll be joined by members of the original cast, the majestic The Super Orchestra and the magic of Disney!
