Getting around Monterrey without spending money on transportation is now a reality for thousands of people thanks to Regio Ruta, the free transportation system promoted by the municipality that continues to expand its coverage in different parts of the city. This program aims to improve mobility for students, workers, and families through routes that connect strategic locations such as Macroplaza, Fundidora, Obispado, Mederos, San Bernabé, and the National Highway.

The seven Regio Ruta routes were designed to connect some of the busiest areas in Monterrey. These are the main locations each route passes through.
Route A: Macroplaza – La Rioja
Ideal for those who live or study in the southern part of the city. Connects:

How to obtain the access card
To use the service, you must register at one of the Municipal Service Centers (CAM). Those interested must present a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Registration is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the card is issued in person.
