One of the main attractions of this year’s festival will be the all-you-can-eat food: the event promises more than 20 metric tons of food to enjoy over the course of three days. The idea goes beyond simply eating grilled meat, as the festival seeks to celebrate the Mexican traditions that have grown up around the grill and bring together people of all ages.
There will be different barbecue zones
As you explore the festival—and be sure to arrive with a healthy appetite—you’ll find various themed areas. Among them are Mundo Carnes & Vinos, El Cerdo y sus Maravillas, Tacos y Chescos, Mundo Noreste, and BBQ & Whisky.
Each zone offers a distinct culinary experience, but they all have one thing in common: fire and food take center stage.
In addition, Grill Master H.E.B. 2026 caters to the youngest members of the family. Mundo Soy Parrillero Kids will be dedicated to children and aims to introduce them to this culture and its traditions.
There will also be “Mundo Soy Parrillero Pets,” a space designed to recognize pets as part of the community, as well as to promote their care and responsible adoption.

There are two ticket options. The Choice ticket is designed for those who want to explore the festival freely, sample food, and discover the different areas. Prices vary depending on the day and start at $1,489.
There’s also the Prime Experience, with limited availability, which includes a reserved table for the entire day, dedicated staff to guide your experience, and access to an exclusive terrace overlooking the stage. In this case, prices vary depending on the number of people.
