The witching season is just around the corner! And you should be more than prepared for the different Halloween plans in Monterrey that will take place this 2024.
Here we will mention a little bit of everything so that no one has a bad time. There will be plans for kids, adults, the brave, the not so brave, parties, experiences and more, take note!
1. Visit an autumn theme park
A family event to celebrate the arrival of autumn and Halloween in Monterrey this 2023, at Pumpkin Dash you can get lost in a corn maze, throw an axe, decorate a pumpkin, visit an interactive Day of the Dead area and even have a good wine in the adult area. Some days they have shows for kids, so check the line-up!

2. Be amazed at Pánico On Ice
Get ready for an evening full of terror and figure skating on ice. Here you will be immersed in a nightmarish world where the most terrifying characters from horror films will come to life on the ice.

3. Candlelight: The best of Halloween and Day of the Dead
Can you imagine listening to all the songs that make your hair stand on end inside MARCO by candlelight? You’ll enjoy classics like Tubular Bells from The Exorcist, The Walking Dead, La Llorona and more.
4. Mercadito del Horror
The Mercadito del Horror is back with local exhibitors, photo booths, candy, movies, live music, arcade machines, horror characters and more.
The best part? There will be a costume contest on Saturday in two different categories and you could win more than $1,500 in prizes. Plus, if you attend the Mercadito del Horror on Friday, you’ll be treated to a documentary that tells the secrets behind the terrifying clown IT.

5. Tour the haunted houses of Pueblo Encantado
Come to Pueblo Encantado and go through the haunted houses to get lots of candy, don’t forget to wear your best costume and get ready for a day full of surprises!

6. Take your little ones to the San Pedro de Pinta costume contest.
It’s time to get the little ones at home ready! For there will be prizes for the 3 best costumes in each category. Pets, babies 0-24 months and children 2-12 years old will be eligible to participate.

7. Candlelight: The Best of Halloween and Day of the Dead
Enjoy seasonal classics like Los Locos Adams, Hedwig’s Theme from Harry Potter, Michael Jackson’s Thriller, and of course, Remember Me from the movie Coco by candlelight and live.

8. Run with your furry friend in costume in this petfriendly race.
In this 3 kilometer race you can run with your furry friend in costume to benefit all the rescued kittens and puppies of Adoptadog. And if you don’t have a furry friend? You could sponsor one that lives in the adoption center and run with him. There will be a costume contest, raffles and many more surprises.
