As every year, downtown Monterrey will be filled with the Christmas spirit so that we can all enjoy this season that closes the year with all its characteristic glow. The best part? it will be free!
A Santa’s House, the incredible Christmas Train and more at the Macro Christmas in Monterrey 2025
The lights begin to illuminate the city as a sign that Christmas is here. Among the Christmas plans could not miss the Macro Christmas in Monterrey that will be from December 7 to January 6 at the Macroplaza (Explanada de los Héroes).
This emblematic site of the Sultana del Norte will become a fascinating Christmas scene that will make you feel as if you were in a Christmas village.
Among its fun activities is a great carousel that will make you laugh and delight you to take pictures that will look like Christmas postcards. In addition, there will be a magnificent Ferris wheel that will give you an illuminated view of the city at night.
And that’s not all! You can hop on the charming Christmas Train to ride around the esplanade, make a nice gift in Santa’s Workshop and send a letter to Santa Claus from the Post Office to let him know what your wishes are for this magical time of year.
You will also be able to see the illuminated Candy Tunnel that will fill you with sweetness and visit the classic Santa’s House where the most beloved Christmas character of Christmas lives.
There will be different hours for you to visit this amazing seasonal event: Monday to Thursday from 4:00 to 9:00 pm, Friday to Sunday from 4:00 to 10:00 pm and December 24 and 31 from 10:00 to 2:00 pm. Let your favorite company know that they already have a Christmas plan in the heart of the city!
