Contemporary art is taking over Arboleda once again! From November 6 to 8, FAMA 2026 will take place in Monterrey—a fair that will bring together more than 30 national and international artists, along with workshops, design, publications, and activities for those who enjoy discovering new creative ideas.
This will be the ninth edition of the Accessible Mexican Art Fair, an event that seeks to bring art closer to the public and demonstrate that you don’t need to be a collector to start exploring this world.
The event will be held at the Mezzanine OUM, inside Arboleda, in San Pedro Garza García, where over the course of three days you’ll be able to explore various contemporary art projects and even purchase a piece for your collection.
What will you find at FAMA 2026 in Monterrey?
One of the hallmarks of this fair is that it brings together different disciplines and experiences in a single space. In addition to exploring the works of the participating artists, you’ll find activities that give you a closer look at the creative process.
Among the announced features is FORMA, a section dedicated to design, as well as Boon, which focuses on publications and editorial projects.
There will also be workshops organized by Artefacto and discussion forums where you can learn more about the current art scene.
For this edition, FAMA will feature Rubén Gutiérrez as guest curator, while the selected artists include names such as Carmen Serratos, Diego Beyró, Hiram Constantino, Mariana García, and Yosselyne Tapia.
And if you like to combine art with music, INFAME Vol. 1 has also been announced—an official party that will take place at Nodriza. Details regarding admission and the lineup are still to be confirmed.
