Who said beer didn’t make it onto the Christmas drinks list in Monterrey? This is one of the must-visit bars for any lover and connoisseur of the always good chelita.
For the Christmas season, Cervecería Fausto launches its Christmas beer Ho Ho Burp, an interpretation of the end of the year made beer.
Ho Ho Burp is adark cascadian, for many a Black IPA, a beer with character, aroma of pine, resin, grapefruit, coffee, chocolate, bitter, dry finish, high carbonation, brewed with classic hops and a wheat malt that we love, called midnight wheat.

3. Ragnarök
This restaurant bar boasts Christmas drinks that will win you over from the name. If you are a Harry Potter fan, you will surely want to try their version of the famous butterbeer. And if you haven’t missed a single episode of Game of Thrones, we recommend winter is coming. Both are available this holiday season.
The menu also features burgers, wings and boneless, and giant hot dogs. Be sure to keep an eye on the menu for their yule dinners, with seasonal dishes.

4. El Porfiriato
This traditional cantina regia has an extensive menu of drinks and snacks, including a very special option for the holidays. On your next visit, be sure to order a Grinch, whether or not it matches your feelings about Christmas. It takes its yellow color from orange juice and a splash of Midori, and also has two types of rum and lemon flavored soda.
The whole cocktail bar is perfect for adorning your Instagram, plus the food menu is also varied and tasty: cuts of meat, seafood in cocktails and tostadas, burgers, tacos and desserts.

5. From the Barrel
Obviously The Grinch is one of our favorite movies this season. And of course its name inspires some of the most delicious Christmas drinks you’ll try in Monterrey.
The one at this beer garden is spectacular, because it is served in a glass in the shape of a Christmas sphere. It has tequila, cocoa liqueur, pear, mint, apple syrup, cinnamon and ginger. To go with it, be sure to try their signature pizzas, although they also have tacos, hamburgers, wings and more snacks.
