2. La Huasteca Park
This ecological park called La Huasteca is located south of the capital city of Monterrey. This place is the perfect spot to do a little more adventurous outdoor activities.

3. Rufino Tamayo Park
This location pet friendly has a calendar of different activities for the whole family throughout the year, which is available on its website.
Rufino Tamayo Park receives donations to keep the park in good condition for all its visitors, and also has a Program that allows you to adopt a tree, thus attracting more species of fauna.
They also have El Huerto de Rufino, an organic market where you can find handmade products from local entrepreneurs.

4. Spain Park
Parque España is located right in front of Parque Fundidora, and is a perfect place to go with the family. Here you will find extensive green areas where you can have a picnic and a palapa area if you prefer to sit at a small table.
There are children’s games and also an aquatic area with pools, slides and fountains where you can cool off on hot days.
The best thing is It has a bike path that is perfect for cycling and exercising.

5. Niños Heroes Park
If you are looking for something less crowded but without having to leave the city, the Parque Niños Héroes is what you were looking for.
Here you can ride a bike, take a leisurely walk or practice the sport of your choice in its green areas. It also has tennis courts and other sports courts that you can rent.
