This August 2, one of the most original experiences of the summer returns: Movies and Camping returns to Quinta Los Picachos, in the heart of La Huasteca, with a special edition that unites science, nature and cinema.
Under the slogan “Explore. Observe. Breathe. Share.”, the proposal invites you to reconnect with the essential: the calm of the mountain, a chat by the fire and a sky full of stars.
The experience starts on Saturday at 6:00 p.m. with an outdoor themed film: intergalactic explorers in search of exotic birds.
Before the screening, attendees will enjoy a bonfire with an introductory talk about native species, guided by a local biologist. All this in collaboration with Esto Es Para Esto.
The space has a pool, bathrooms, parking, barbecue grills and palapas, making camping a comfortable and peaceful experience. Departure is on Sunday at 10:30 am.
About the Movies and Camping guided hike
For those who want to go the extra mile, Movies and Camping offers a guided hike on Sunday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
This is a mountain hike accompanied by a biologist, ideal for those who love biodiversity and panoramic views at sunrise. It has an additional cost of $150 pesos and capacity is limited to 30 people.
Camping tickets are priced at $300 pesos. However, it is important to know that the hike is paid separately.
Movies and Camping is not a festival or a massive party. It is an experience designed for those who enjoy the simple things: the quiet conversation, the open sky and the connection with nature.
