Can you imagine touring Furnace 3 at night, amid mysterious stories, machinery, and fire effects? This November, one of Parque Fundidora’s most iconic spaces will offer a unique experience for those who enjoy nightlife in Monterrey.
It’s called “Legends, Dangers, and Machines,” a tour that will allow visitors to explore the old steel furnace after the museum’s regular closing time. The experience will take place on only four nights: November 1, 4, 5, and 6, 2026.
What’s interesting is that it won’t be a traditional tour. The tour will combine stories related to the old foundry, mysterious characters, and light, sound, and fire effects that will transform the atmosphere of the place.
What will you find on the night tours of Horno 3?
The experience will be divided into three themes: legends, dangers, and machines. Along the way, you’ll hear stories passed down from generation to generation, explore corners of the museum under different lighting, and discover how industrial machinery takes center stage at night.
The setting also has its own history. Blast Furnace No. 3 began operating in 1968 and was part of Monterrey’s steel industry until Fundidora closed in 1986.
Currently, this space is part of the Steel Museum, which preserves part of the city’s industrial heritage. That’s why touring it at night also offers an opportunity to get a closer look at its past from a different perspective.
How much do tickets for “Legends, Dangers, and Machines” cost?
Tickets cost $400 per person and include the night tour, an appetizer, and a drink.
There will be five departures per night, with groups beginning their tour every 20 minutes starting at 8:00 p.m. The event page provides conflicting information regarding the duration, so this detail remains to be confirmed.
To purchase tickets, you’ll need to visit the online ticketing platform, select a date and time, pay via bank transfer, and receive a QR code via email. The announced limit is four tickets per person.
