A unique sensory experience will come to Rufino Tamayo Park and you can only enjoy it on September 26, 27 and 28 at 8:30 pm! We tell you more about Tormenta de Luz so you don’t miss it.
This immersive concert has been created by renowned photographer and artist Alfredo de Stefano, in collaboration with Agencia Descorche and the Philharmonic Orchestra La Súper, so you can expect an extraordinary event that will make you get into the show 100%.
Tormenta de Luz brings together a creative team of Mexicans internationally recognized for their expertise in artificial intelligence and animation, so we assure you that it will be a visual and sound journey through photographs in which you will see shots of more than 15 deserts on the planet.
The concert uses state-of-the-art technology and the images are displayed on 18 x 3 meter LED screens with 6K resolution, which is complemented by a set of lights and lasers, and a symphony orchestra with more than 40 musicians on stage playing live great pieces of classical music.
Tormenta de Luz is an event that promises to awaken your senses and transport you to desert landscapes, in contrast to the landscape of the Rufino Tamayo Park.
The best part? The event will have a gourmet area where attendees will be able to taste dishes from Spain, Italy and, of course, Mexico. And art will be present in several exhibitions brought by different art galleries of the city, making it a must for art lovers!
